We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and payments through PayPal. We also accept Postal Money Orders if you order by e-mail, phone or fax. If sending a money order, please note that your order will not be shipped until the funds are released and cleared.
Please Note: All payments through PayPal will reflect a charge from our parent company, Lemma Marketing.
You may place your order 24 hours a day using our secure on-line shopping cart. If you prefer to order by phone, you may call us at 888-798-0822 between 9am and 5pm Eastern time. You may also e-mail us at email@example.com. Please do not include credit card information in your e-mail. One of our customer service representatives will contact you by phone to complete your order. Finally, you may print the order form and fax it to us at 317-484-1056.
UPS Ground is our preferred method of shipping and charges are calculated in real-time upon checkout on the payment page. However, we may utilize FedEx or USPS Priority Mail at our descretion.
In most instances, orders received before 12 PM EST are processed the same day the order is received and will be shipped within 1-3 business days. However, as all treats are fresh baked upon your order, during busy holidays, shipping times may be increased. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail at our descretion and will be delivered within 2-5 business days of processing. At this time, we are only able to ship within the U.S.
For Indiana residents only, please add 7% sales tax.
All dog gift baskets are shipped with the contents pictured and listed with the exception of items with a Bow Selection (see below). However, items included in the baskets are subject to availability. Should we find it necessary to make a substitution, we will notify you by e-mail. Any substitution we make will be of equal or greater value. If for any reason a product is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail to arrange for a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to ship multiple items separately.
All dog gift baskets with "BB" in the item number are pictured with the Deluxe Bow option. The Deluxe Bow is completely hand tied and adds that extra "oomph" and "wow" facter to your gift. The Standard Bow is also hand tied, usually in a single color ribbon.

We at Bow Wow Gift Basket want you to be 100% satisfied with your gift purchase.
Gift Baskets: All gift baskets are custom designed and assembled within 1-3 business days from your order. Due to the perishable nature of many of the treats included, we do not accept returns on our dog gift baskets unless products are damaged during shipping. However, if you are not satisfied for any other reason, we will do everything necessary to correct the situation.
Other Products (i.e. Pet Aromatics): If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Pet Aromatics gift purchase, you may return your product provided it is in new and unused condition. We will refund your purchase price less original shipping charges. Shipping and handling on return merchandise cannot be refunded or covered by us. All returns must have an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) from us to be accepted. Please e-mail us for this information.
Other product returns may be subject to a restocking fee from the manufacturer. Bow Wow Gift Basket is not responsible for these fees, if they apply.

Additional Fees:UPS Redirect Fee - If a wrong/insufficient address was provided at the time of an order or if your package needs to be redirected for any reason, a redirect fee will be charged to the original credit card used for your order. Please note that these fees are charged to us by UPS - they are NOT Bow Wow Gift Basket fees.
UPS Redirect Fees are as follows:
Return Package Fee - A Redirect Fee of $10 plus original shipping cost for return. Per UPS policy, all returned parcels will be returned and billed using the same service as originally shipped. Therefore Next Day Air parcels will be returned Next Day Air. If package is redirected multiple times, a redirect fee each time will be assessed. USPS Redirect Fees - If your package was shipped using USPS and a wrong/insufficient address was provided at the time of order and your package can not be delivered for any reason, the package will be returned to us as “undeliverable”. Should this happen no refunds will be issued.
